The conference room was fantastic, making our work event seamless and the catering was spot on.
The walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear conversations and noises from the neighboring rooms.

The room was fresh and contemporary with a comfy king-size bed. It was just a short 10-minute walk to the waterfront, made for a great stroll.
The corridors and stairs had a bit of that dated charm from the 70s. Some amenities were lacking, like Sky TV and the pool was closed without clear reason, leaving a bit of a bad taste. It was somewhat inconvenient that cleaning service required filling out request forms.

The finger food at the on-site restaurant was a real treat, especially paired with a cheeky local cuppa from Fixation Coffee! Loved the cozy vibe in the lounge area-perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The comfy bed made crashing at night a luxurious affair.
Arrived and checked in after 2pm, but found our room wasn't ready. A few power sockets in the room didn't work, and when I asked about an extra bed, I was told they don't do that.

Comfortable room with a spacious design and appealing water jet bath. Staff friendliness stood out . The hotel really needs an upgrade. The hallways felt dark and outdated, resembling scenes from an old horror film. Cleaning could use improvement, evident from the empty bath dispenser and some spots on the blinds. Access to laundry was inconvenient, requiring tokens purchased from the front desk. The lack of a microwave in the room was frustrating for making quick meals. Despite these issues, the location was convenient, and the pool was enjoyable for the family.
